Нет у меня вопросов к тому, кто посылку вез - это были Ponny Express Но есть к тому, кто эти посылки выдает уже в России (в Москве) - Hermes. Мало того, что они не выдавали мне посылку 4 дня, утверждая, что ее у них нет, так после того, как съездила в центральный офис Ponny, получила все накладные и приехала в Hermes с ними, они посылку нашли, но даже не извинились, а еще пытались мне наврать, что посылку долго не отгружали. И это при том, что перед ними накладная с датами и подписью с их стороны о принятии посылки.

Worst Worst Worst Service ever, I bought a product coming from the US to MX, Amazon takes 2 to 3 days, its been 67 days, the worst ever, even coming from Asia by postal service is faster than this services, I can't recommend or say something positive.

GLS is probably one of the worse delivery services here in Italy and once again they proved it with this package. First time I had the "Package is getting delivered" message they just didn't ring and said they couldn't find me at home and that they'd try the day after. The day after they didn't try and instead sent another "We'll try next day". Next day comes by and they do the same thing, just send a message "We'll try next day". THEN finally they managed to deliver the package.
