TrakPak has scanned your parcel as arrived at a hub in the destination country. The parcel is still in transit and has not yet reached local delivery. It is physically at a sorting and handling site, usually after an international leg, and is waiting for the next handling step.
No. This message by itself is normal and is a regular step on international routes. It is not an exception. Only if the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took is it worth following up.
Most often, in about three cases out of five, the next update says the parcel has arrived in the country and been presented to customs as a non-EU shipment. Less often it is logged as received into customs, or it shows another international hub scan first. After customs clearance, the parcel is handed on for local delivery.
