TrakPak has scanned your parcel at an international hub. This is a large sorting centre that handles shipments crossing borders. Your parcel is physically inside the building, being sorted and matched to its next transport leg. It has not been delivered yet, and it may not be in your country yet.
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine stop in transit and not an exception. The same message sometimes appears twice in a row, which usually means the parcel passed through more than one hub scan. Only a long gap with no new update after this scan would suggest a hold-up.
The next scan varies. Most often the parcel moves on to customs, which is the most common follow-up. Other routes include arriving at a destination hub, a delivery depot or a delivery office, and sometimes it goes straight to a collection point with a notification to you.
