Это была моя последняя доставка посылки UPS. Ниже голые факты и никаких эмоций. 1. Стоимость посылки была меньше 200 евро, вес 2,4 кг. 2. Заказывал запчасти на мотоцикл из Англии (никакой запрещенки). 3. 12/03/2021 посылка отбыла из Англии и уже 15/03/2021 была в Москве. Ух, как быстро и круто. Не круто. 4. С 15/03/2021 посылка просто зависла на складе у UPS до 27/03/2021. Пришлось выходить на грузоотправителя и через него давить на лондонский офис UPS, чтобы они, в свою очередь, придали ускорение своим коллегам из России. Многочисленные звонки и письма в российский офис не помогали. 5. Только 30/03/2021 года я получил свою посылку, хотя платил я за экспресс доставку в рамках 5 рабочих дней. Ну вот и думайте сами, нужен ли Вам такой сервис за Ваши деньги. Посылка из США гос.почтой пришла быстрее.

Deliveryperson simply left the massive 80lb box down on the sidewalk, did not attempt to contact me or ring my doorbell, just expected me to know it was there. Additionally, I was promised that the deliveryperson would help bring it inside and upstairs since I have a disability, but they did not do this, so I had to call family members to come over from several towns away to get it inside and upstairs for me. The item also arrived visibly damaged and does not even work, which we believe is the result of the damage to the item, caused by the delivery courier. We will be filing a complaint and possibly pursuing legal action.

Very slow, but the detailed frequent tracking notifications I received from Package Radar were informative and helpful in tracing the package.

Item arrived VERY quick. Unlike other package tracking sites, it was very useful getting the frequent push notifications by emails from PackageRadar. No other site provides such a push notification service.
