Связываться с UPS советую только в крайнем случае, если другое не возит. Если речь идет о габаритных грузах - ПЕРЕКРЕСТИТЕСЬ. Как мне сообщили груз был габаритным, в обычную легковую машину не влезал, а большую машину не выделяли , ждал до потери пульса, раз-два в день позванивая в офис. В итоге доставил внештатный фрилансер-курьер. Клиента касаться отсутствия машины не должно , это ваша работа. Если посылка пришла - ее нужно доставлять быстро и без повреждений. Вы за это берете деньги. Выходит, сервис - на 1 из 5.

The two times I have used UPS for international express service they have been great. Once, it took 3 days from Cyprus to the USA and 7 days from Turkey to the USA. I am very pleased.

Item arrived VERY VERY FAST. Unlike other package tracking sites, it was very useful getting the frequent push notifications by emails from PackageRadar. No other site provides such a push notification service.
