What this status means
Ural Express has finished the customs transfer procedures for your parcel. This is a handover step at the border stage. The parcel has arrived in the destination country, and the paperwork needed to pass it on to onward transport has been processed. The parcel is usually in a customs or carrier handling area, not yet on its way to your city.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It almost always follows "Parcel arrived destination country" and is a routine step. It does not signal a problem or a customs hold. Only if the parcel stays on this line for longer than the previous steps took is it worth a closer look.
What happens next
The parcel is usually sent on by land or air transport. In about two thirds of cases the next update is "Land and air transportation -- takeoff". In about a quarter it is "The package is in transit and is being sent to Moscow". Both mean the parcel has left the border stage and is moving toward its destination.
