This is an international mail scan. The parcel has reached a USPS transit office after coming through an international exchange office, the facility where mail from another country is received, checked and handed over between postal operators. The parcel is inside the postal network, usually near the point of entry, and has not yet been sent on to a local delivery unit.
This message by itself is normal. It is a routine step for parcels sent from abroad and does not point to a problem. If the parcel stays on this scan for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching, but the scan alone does not mean something went wrong.
The parcel is usually sorted and sent on within the USPS network toward the region of your address. Later scans normally show it leaving the facility, arriving at a regional or local sorting center, and then reaching the delivery post office before it goes out for delivery.
