What this status means

Your parcel has reached a sorting facility in Canada, which the courier's tracking labels "FB Canada". It has been scanned in after arriving in the country, and it is now past the international leg of its journey. At this stage it is in the hands of the local handling network that prepares it for delivery inside Canada.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message is a normal step and not an exception. It usually appears after the parcel has arrived in Canada or been released by import processing. A delay is only likely if the tracking then stops updating for longer than the previous steps took.

What happens next

  • Most often, in almost half of cases, the parcel is handed on with "Batch delivery to carrier".
  • In about a quarter of cases, a local delivery company scans it in as received, shown as "Parcel received by UniUni".
  • Less often, it moves through another transit hub or terminal, or shows a customs clearance scan.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking. The next scan normally shows the local carrier taking over.
  • If the status has not changed for longer than the earlier steps took, contact the seller first. They can raise a trace with the courier.
  • Have your tracking number, order number and delivery address ready when you write.
  • Check that your address and phone number in the order are correct, since the local carrier will use them for delivery.
