Yodel has scanned your parcel at its national hub, one of the large central sites where parcels from many senders are sorted and sent on towards the right area. Your parcel is in Yodel's network and has moved past the first collection stage. It is not yet at the local depot that will deliver it.
No. This message by itself is normal and is part of the usual route. Most parcels go from here to the delivery depot. If the parcel stays at this step for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth watching, but the message alone is not a sign of a problem.
Most often, in about three quarters of cases, the next update is that the parcel has arrived at your delivery depot. Sometimes the hub message appears a second time, which usually means another scan at a hub. After the depot, the parcel is loaded onto a driver's round, and you should see that it is with a driver for delivery.
