Изначально пакет был отправлен из Китая почтовым сервизом Yon Express. На последнем этапе был передан в руки Deutsche Post. Пакет был получен через 43 дня и практически все время не отслеживался, что психологически сильно напрягало, поскольку груз в пакете был ценным Отслеживание пакета началось с момента передачи посылки в руки Deutsche Post. Что касается Yon Express, то лично я больше этим сервизом больше не стану. Deutsche Post как всегда на высоте, работают быстро и хорошо и ставлю им пальчик вверх.

I order a couple of sneakers and I have never received the package. Although the delivery service says that it was delivered but never got here. I also tried to contact the store and they said it’s not there problem, it’s a problem with delivery service. I am now I’m trying to get refunded or get my sneakers

Yun Express the worst shipping company. Its third time that mine tRacking code delivered in wrong address but to the same person in Sparti! That problem has to solve someday Ali Express. They have to suspend them. i am pissed off.

Absolutely ridiculous company. How are they even allowed to still be in operation? What is wrong with them! It’s NOT ok to make people wait MONTHS for their items and to not even update the tracking information OR provide a toll-free number to call?! NEVER AGAIN
