What this status means
"Delivered,pod_upload" is a record from Yun Express that proof of delivery (POD) has been uploaded to its system. The delivery itself has already happened or been recorded. The proof is usually a photo, a signature or a scan made by the courier. This line often appears next to other delivered messages, such as a handover to the customer or the parcel being left in a safe place.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It is an administrative step that confirms the delivery. The lines around it matter more. If one of them says the parcel was handed over or left in a safe place, it should be with you or at that spot.
What happens next
Often nothing more happens. Some parcels get another delivered message, either a handover to the customer or a safe-place drop. In about one case in three, the next line is "Delivered to local carrier". This means Yun Express passed the parcel to a local carrier, which completes the final stretch. Later updates may then come from that carrier rather than Yun Express.
What you can do
- Check your mailbox, doorstep, neighbours, building reception and any safe place near your door.
- If the line says "Delivered to local carrier", keep watching for updates from that carrier.
- If the parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact Yun Express or the seller. Have your tracking number and order details ready, and ask for the proof of delivery.
