What this status means
Yun Express has received the electronic shipping details from the seller: your name, address and parcel information. This is the very first stage. The parcel itself has usually not reached Yun Express yet and may still be with the seller, who is packing it or preparing it for handover.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and is not an exception. It only shows that a record for the parcel exists. If the line stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, the seller may simply be slow to hand the parcel over.
What happens next
Most often the next update is "Arrived at origin facility", which means the parcel has physically reached a Yun Express facility. In about a third of cases a "Shipping Label Created" entry follows first, and sometimes "Shipment picked up" appears instead. After that the parcel moves on to export sorting and onward transport.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking. Movement only begins once the parcel is scanned at a facility.
- If nothing changes for longer than you would expect, ask the seller whether the parcel has been handed to the courier.
- Contact the seller rather than Yun Express first, since the courier does not yet hold the parcel.
- Have your tracking number and order details ready when you write.
