What this status means

Yun Express has handed your parcel to a delivery associate ("DA"), the driver or courier who does the final leg. The parcel has reached the local delivery stage and is most likely at a local depot or station near your address. It is not yet in transit between countries or cities.

Is my package delayed?

No. This message by itself is normal and is a good sign, because it means the parcel is close to its destination. It is not an exception or a problem notice. Only if the tracking stops updating for longer than usual after this line is it worth looking into.

What happens next

The delivery associate loads the parcel and goes out to deliver it. The next update is usually an out-for-delivery or delivered message. If delivery cannot be completed, you may see a failed-attempt note or a message saying the parcel is held for pickup or redelivery.

What you can do

• Wait and keep checking the tracking history for the next update.
• Make sure your address and phone number are correct, and that someone can receive the parcel.
• If the status does not change for longer than usual, contact the seller first, or the local delivery service if you have its contact details.
