its now 131 days and still waiting to receive my parcels. i can understand what is happening

it has been 98 days since my parcel was said to have been delivered but up to now still waiting to receive my parcel.it is just showing in transit but not reaching.i paid an extra cost for shipping but still it has taken longer than expected.
