Aramex tracking parcel

What this status means

Aramex has put your parcel through an x-ray scanner at the facility where it first entered its network. This is a routine security check. The parcel is physically at that origin facility, early in its journey, usually before it is sorted for onward transport.

Is my package delayed?

This message by itself is normal. It is not an exception and does not point to a problem. The scan is a standard screening step, and it only marks that the parcel has been checked. Updates can sometimes look slow or blank around this stage, because internal scans are not always shown in the history straight away.

What happens next

After screening, the parcel is normally sorted and loaded for transport towards its destination country or city. The next entries usually show it leaving the origin facility or arriving at another Aramex hub. If the shipment crosses a border, later steps may include export and customs processing.

What you can do

  • Wait and keep checking the tracking page. A new scan usually appears once the parcel moves on.
  • If the history stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, contact the seller first. They can ask Aramex about the shipment.
  • If the seller cannot help, contact Aramex customer service.
  • Have your tracking number, order details and delivery address ready.
