Aramex has attached a label to your parcel for the final leg of its journey. The parcel is in Aramex's network and is waiting to be passed to the last mile courier, the company that will deliver it to your address. This is a handover step, not a delivery attempt.
This message by itself is normal and not an exception. It sometimes appears more than once in a row, and the same line is often the next update too (in about 28% of cases), so it can sit there for a while without meaning anything is wrong. If it stays unchanged for longer than the previous steps took, that is worth a closer look.
Most often the parcel moves on to another transit step, such as arriving at an Aramex transit office (about 26%) or being sent on to the destination country (about 18%). Later, it is handed to the local courier and then goes out for delivery. In some cases an x-ray scan at the origin facility is logged first.
