As I live in Melbourne Australia and I don't speak Portugese (i am using Google Translator) I am not familiar with the required form that you have mentioned in your response "PI", request for information. Are you able to email the mentioned form "PI" to me. Or would you be able to provide an international telephone number so I can call the relevant person to contact who requires to be able to speak English. Took a bit longer then expected for a parcel from Sydney, Australia to NZ (2 weeks), but the tracking was updated every few days and kept me informed that it wasn't lost or stuck somewhere. (also there was a lockdown in Sydney + NZ, which I'm sure didn't help things) Parcel arrived with no damage.

I have not received the package, I never had any notification from the courier at home it said that 3 attempts were made not once I received something, the package is now lost and I have not been refunded by the seller or ebay. Horrible experience and 400 euros lost!!!
