Посылка поступила еще до карантина. И в течении 72 дней все еще не доставлена. Это второй случай. Зимой я ждала посылку полтора месяца. Почта Болгарии работает очень плохо!

The return time for the package was too long and most of the time the post tracking services was not representing its current location.

I believe I received the package quickly enough for the given time frame. I had to wait for it a little over a month. I got my parcel without any damage.
