Спасибо за отслеживание, все было наглядно и доступно! Немного понервничали, когда посылка зависла после экспорта из страны отправителя (Болгария)на три недели. Но это понятно, нет прямых рейсов сейчас. Упаковка не повреждена! Благодарим за работу!

The return time for the package was too long and most of the time the post tracking services was not representing its current location.

I believe I received the package quickly enough for the given time frame. I had to wait for it a little over a month. I got my parcel without any damage.
