What this status means
Bulgarian Post has sent an incoming parcel on from the place that handled it, towards a regional sorting centre or delivery office (РСЦ/ОВ). The parcel is inside Bulgaria and is moving between postal facilities. Most often it has just left the international exchange station or come back from customs inspection.
Is my package delayed?
No, this message by itself is normal. It is a routine handover step. If the parcel went through customs first, the earlier steps may have taken longer than usual, but this line shows it is moving again.
What happens next
The parcel is received at a sorting centre or at the delivery station for your area. After that it is usually prepared for delivery or sent to a post office for collection. Messages that follow most often report receipt at the delivery station, acceptance at a facility, or arrival at a pickup point, so the wording can differ from one parcel to the next.

- Wait and keep checking the tracking history for the next update.
- If a pickup notice appears, collect the parcel at the post office with your ID.
- If the status does not change for longer than the previous steps took, contact Bulgarian Post and quote your tracking number.
- If still unresolved, ask the seller, and have your order details and the tracking number ready.
