Моя посылка в дороге с 13 декабря2020 года ,она в Бельгии ,но мне не отдают и не известно где она по номеру не отслеживается ,хотя посылка обычная ,подарки от мамы на новый год для детей.Видимо почте Бельгия она нужней.Ужасно работает почта Бельгии.Больше никогда не свяжусь с подобной организацией.Очень безответственные.

I did not receive the package. Conform traking it arrived at destination country at 6 April, but not to the delivery address.

UG124183218BE - LAST TRACKED 25 FEB - I cannot understand why this package cannot be tracked after 25 Feb and i cannot get anyone to respond as to what has happened to it. I would be grateful if someone from Belgium Post would respond to me and assist in tracking this parcel, it was on route to the UK????
