ПОСЫЛКА ПРОЛЕЖАЛА НА ПОЧТЕ - 2 МЕСЯЦА, С АВГУСТА ПО ОКТЯБРЬ = ул. Вильнюсская, д. 6 и БЫЛА ОТПРАВЛЕНА ОБРАТНО - ОТПРАВИТЕЛЮ. НА МОИ НЕОДНОКРАТНЫЕ ПРОСЬБЫ, НАЙТИ ПОСЫЛКУ (отслеживание показывало, что она на почте) МНЕ ПРЕДЛАГАЛОСЬ "НЕ ВЫНОСИТЬ ЗАНЯТЫМ" людям мозги, не отрывать их от первостепенной работы - БОЛТАТЬ И ПИТЬ ЧАЙ ! ОБРАЩЕНИЕ К ЗАВЕДУЮЩЕЙ ПОЧТОЙ - назвалась ТАТЬЯНОЙ ПЕТРОВНОЙ,тел -+7 926 651-11-04, ТАКЖЕ БЫЛО ПРОИГНОРИРОВАНО, МНЕ ОТВЕЧАЛИ ЧТО, ЯКОБЫ ПОСЫЛКА МНОЮ ПОЛУЧЕНА, В ПОСЛЕДНЕ ПОСЕЩЕНИИ В НАЧАЛЕ НОЯБРЯ - СООБЩИЛИ, " из за моего попустительства, и не получения вовремя" - её отправили обратно отправителю ??? ВОПИЮЩЕЕ ХАМСТВО И РАЗГИЛЬДЯЙСТВО !!! ВОПРОС - КТО ТЕПЕРЬ ВЕРНЁТ МНЕ ДЕНЬГИ ЗА ПОСЫЛКУ И МОРАЛЬНЫЙ УЩЕРБ ЗА " ХОЖДЕНИЕ - ПО МУКАМ" ???

I will not be ordering from this company again in the future. I have not received my package and the seller has no idea where it is either. There is no tracking information available.

the wings of the plane (toy) became bent during shipping because there was no rigid protective cardbox, neither bubble wrap. I was able to unbent it however the plane doesn't fly more than 1 or to meters because of curve path.
