С 3 января пакет не отслеживался, 18 дней тишины, последний статус был-импорт в страну назначения.Обращаюсь в DPD 21 янв, пишу им, получаю ответ,к нам не поступила ещё, проходит таможенное оформление, ждите смс как поступит. Понимаю, что затянется доставка ещё примерно на 3нед.О, чудо 23 Янв сразу несколько обновлений- за 22янв посылка принята Владивосток, 22янв покинула промежуточный пункт Владивосток,далее тут же - 23янв Прибыла в пункт назначения?! Следом через час приходит смс ждите доставку.На минуточку я в Подмосковье. Представляете скорости DPD, да это просто супер-мега-экспресс компания или полный хаос и отсутствует отслеживание и работники не вкурсах где у них какое отправление в настоящее время находится. Я со спокойной душой, даже не жду, могут по сто раз менять даты. Однако, курьер позвонил, правда за 5 мин до приезда и доставили...Весело с Вами DPD, это так чтобы клиенты не расслаблялись, бодрячком были.

Ordered embroidery machine on 11/30/2019. Received confirmation from steelmatics. Tracking with osm/ST Express. Tracking showed in transit then changed to delivered in San Francisco. I notified store , SF Express, and usps. Tracking changed again to in transit and then secondAry processing center where it continues to show destination. I have never received answer from any one I have contacted other than USPS who told me I had been scammed. Store site no longer appears on face book as before . Will never order from China again especially if it shows sf express, steelmetrics, or unbelievable price.

Never delivered, never entered in local post tracking system. But shipping company lie and say "succesfull delivered"
