Заказывал защитное стекло для телефона Xiaomi Redmi 7a. Продавец отправил посылку, но потерялась где-то в России и до сих пор не пришла. Продавец при открытии спора не захотел возвращать деньги, а еще до открытия спора я написал продавцу, что бы продлить защиту покупателя на месяц, вдруг посылка дойдет, но он проигнорировал мою просьбу. И при открытии спора отказался в возврате денег, но третья сторона (Aliexpress) обязала продавца вернуть деньги.

The Ali Express sender insists that he allegedly aggregated two items into one package, but I found only the larger one in the packaging and no smaller item.

I believe my USD690 smartphone parcel was lost/stolen in transit. Truly dissapointed. 90 days of my time wasted trying to fight for a refund and still ongoing.
