Your parcel has reached the retail outlet chosen for collection, such as a shop or pick-up point, and is now on the shelf or behind the counter. The long-distance part of the journey is finished. Aliexpress Standard Shipping uses this wording when the local partner has received the parcel and made it available to you.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message is normal and is one of the last steps before delivery. The parcel is waiting for you, not held up. The only time pressure is the outlet's storage period, after which an uncollected parcel may be sent back.
What happens next
Once you collect the parcel and the outlet scans it, the status should change to delivered. If it is not collected in time, the outlet may return it and the tracking will show a return or an exception instead.

- Collect the parcel as soon as you can, as the storage period is limited.
- Bring photo ID and your tracking number. Some outlets also ask for a pick-up code from a text or email.
- Check the outlet's address and opening hours in your notification before you go.
