Your parcel has reached the last stage of its journey with Aliexpress Standard Shipping. It is now at the pick-up point, a shop, locker or collection counter, and is ready for you to collect. It is no longer moving between sorting centers or vehicles.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message is normal and is a good sign. It usually follows a sorting-center or line-haul step, and in about nine out of ten cases the next update is the delivery confirmation after you collect the parcel. The only thing that can now cause a delay is the parcel waiting for you.
What happens next
Once you collect the parcel and it is scanned or signed for, the status changes to delivered. Occasionally the pick-up point is updated first, for example if a locker is full and the parcel is redirected to another nearby point. If a parcel is left uncollected for too long, it may be flagged as overdue.
What you can do
- Collect the parcel soon, as pick-up points only hold parcels for a limited time.
- Bring photo ID and your tracking number or pick-up code, if you received one.
- Check the pick-up point's address and opening hours in your order details.
- If you cannot find the parcel, contact the pick-up point first, then the seller or Aliexpress support with your order number.
