Отслеживание было наглядным, начиная с 3.го дня, о каждом новом состоянии посылки сообщалось по электронной почте. Посылка была отправлена из Чехии в Москву. Почта Чехии сработала оперативно - через 2 дня посылку доставили в Шереметьево, затем почему-то отправили во Внуково, где она пробыла больше недели. Там, видимо, на таможне, ее вскрывали - упаковка была нарушена, а также нарушена упаковка одной из двух керамических статуэток, находящихся в посылке. В результате - статуэтка пришла с отколотым куском. Видимо, в связи с новыми правилами, что посылки из-за рубежа стоимостью более 200 евро, должны облагаться пошлиной, таможня и Почта России и устраивают подобный беспредел. Оценка работы Почты Чехии - отлично, Почты России - неудовлетворительно.

Package (cabinet section of a Petrof upright piano) was presumably sent from Czech Republic 48 days ago. It seems to have become lost in Miami, Florida. No indication of where the package is. The US Post Office postmaster in my town has the most advanced tracking capabilities and cannot find where it is. I suspect the piano cabinet section is lost or very slowly progressing on a ship or at a harbor waiting to be unloaded.

I ordered this on Nov 8, 2020 and as of today I still have not received package. Tracking stopped being able to be followed on Dec 8, 2020.
