У меня вопросы к работникам доставки..Я уже не знаю у кого искать правду.. Открыла спор, на Алиэкспресс, но его закрыли, так как стоит отметка , что я получила посылку .LC003576429CN вот под этим номером мне из Китая была отправлена посылка, и вдруг пишут в отслеживании , что получать я должна по другому номеру, типа посылки объединили две в одну,а вторая посылка была под этим номером LC006398118CN , но как это возможно в пути объединять посылки, не очень понятно? Далее на почте мне выдают одну посылку LC006398118CN и говорят, что больше ничего нет, а в отслеживании отметили , что получены обе посылки. Да одна получена, но одна под трэком LC006398118CN а второй нет и товара который я заказала, тоже нет.. хотя они отметили в отслеживании, что он получен..Так кто мне ответит, за что я платила деньги и почему изменился вдруг номер трека и как это посылки объединили, их что развернули и сложили в один пакет?Тогда где товар из второй посылки?

Even though your tracker says it was delivered I never received it maybe the delivery person put it in the wrong box I don't know but I still have not received it and the seller will not reimburse me

E-packet usually gets my AliExpress orders to me in 12-18 days & is quite reliable compared to more economy shipping like Yanwen, SunYou, China post small packet etc. This time the package sat at a waypoint in China from 11-21 until suddenly resuming activity December 15, then was delivered Dec 18. On Dec 10, the seller told me it would be considered "lost by default" if I didn't have any new tracking updates in 5 days, and I could open dispute which they would agree to and refund. When I went to do that on the 15th I saw it had inexplicably just started moving again. Once received, my glass beads were all intact, nothing broken, but the label looked faded and like info had been rubbed or scraped off in places. I think it physically fell out of sight at a shipping station and wasn't found for almost 3 weeks. I am happy with e-packet. I think everyone is working hard to make sure customers receive their international shipments for small inexpensive mail.

It says it was delivered. And I never received it. I ordered it in November and it's December 28 still showing its in China and says deliverered
