Во время пересылки вследствие применения непрочной упаковки сломалась хрупкая деталь, но хорошо что всего одна из 15, находившихся в посылке. Для ее замены по гарантии, надо было снимать на видео весь процесс получения, осмотра и распаковки, делать фотоснимки как внешнего состояния пакета, так и процесса открытия пакета с фиксацией состояния всех находящихся в посылке предметов. Если эти фото- и видео-файлы были бы признаны компанией Baggood как вещественное доказательства некачественного (сломанного) состояния составляющих посылку предметов, то по гарантии (примерно 1 месяц) их могли бы заменить. Теперь буду знать.

Not happy as this is the second time it has happened, the seller resent the same items to me and they did not arrive either!

This package was never delivered. It literally stopped moving anywhere over 100 days ago. The status is so old they have decided to archive it. I bought the item from a Facebook store. It was one of those pop up workhorse construction things. The delivery situation is all lies and useless.
