Я отправила в Россию документы три месяца назад , оплатила доставку домой по адресу Согласия 16-26 Калининград РОССИЯ 236001 9 ИЮНЯ документы вернулись в Испанию По месту В Калининграде не доставили ( хотя все было оплачено ) и должны были прислать уведомление о том что документы доставлены в РУКИ РОССИЙСКАЯ. почта не выполнила свои функции не вручила адресату , только отправила письмо обратно в Испанию , И это уже такое было , со скандалом большим одно письмо нашли , хотя должны были доставить домой .

I received part of my order and I'm still waiting for the second part !!!!!!!!!! even long the 1st was OK I don't understand why you split my order !!!

Package delivered in good condition. Was meant to be signed for but no signature was requessted, no doubt due to Covid-19 situation. The tracking said "lost" but it was delivered on that same day. I presume that because there was no signature the automated system for tracking had been broken and couldn't say "delivered". Good service.
