Посылка была доставлена быстро, единственное пришла на главпочтамп, не в желаемое отделение, соответственно извещать меня не стали, и только мое чуть подсказывало, что пора проверить, что с моей долгожданной посылкой и вот "о, чудо!" она как 10 дней!!! лежит на почте, еще бы 5 дней и она ушла обратно. Поэтому за скорость - 5 , за отношение к клиентам - 2, но мы уже привыкли, это ж ПОЧТА РОССИИ

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
