Посылка 9кг из Германии в Болгарию, трек говорит, что курьер уже два раза пытался вручить пакет, но получателя не было на месте. Пишу отправителю (это магазин), говорю - вот, фигня случилась, дайте мой номер курьеру, пусть позвонит. Ответ - мы не можем, у нас GDPR! То есть закон о персональных данных настолько всемогущ и дурацк, что способен даже запороть доставку посылки курьером. В качестве альтернативы предлагается самому звонить в курьерскую службу и сообщать им свой номер.

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
