Посылка была отправлена из Германии в Казахстан,через службу DHL 25 октября,а 26 октября она уже покинула страну отправления,что говорит о прекрасной и слаженной работе немецкой почты. Далее посылка перестала отслеживаться и только 24 ноября она была зарегистрирована почтой Казахстана и 30 ноября была получена в пункте назначения в Риддере, Посылка пришла без особых повреждений,скорее всего благодаря хорошей двойной кортоной упаковке и плотному целлофану в который она была помещена на почте Германии(хвала мудрым работникам DHL Германии). Груз был доставлен в целостности и без повреждений .

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
