Спасибо тем службам через которую данная посылка шла. К сожалению посылка которая была отправлена на 5 дней раньше застряла в Брянске и до сих пор неизвестна ее судьба. Очень жаль , что не все отделения выполняют свою работу во время. Отделениям которые правильно и быстро работают просто поклон. Дети очень рады были получив свою посылку к праздникам. Ещё раз спасибо

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
