Посылка на таможне во львове пробыла более 3-х недель(с 13-го декабря). В течении этого времени около 10-ти дней по телефону от таможенной компании росан (во львове) только и слышал что посылку должен оценить инспектор, но видимо инспекторы некомпетентны раз уж попросили скинуть ссылку на товар, инвойс и выписку с банка. Зачем тянуть кота за яйца, можно ведь и сразу попросить для економии времени?! Ну то ладно. Все им отправил, если не ошибаюсь числа 29-го декабря, сказали ждать до 3-го января что бы бухгалтер взял выписку с банка. 3-го числа набрал, сказали что в банк бухгалтер не ходил и перезвоните 8-го числа. Тут свершилось чудо и мистекспресс 9-го уже доставил посылку. Старайтесь избегать сотрудничества с ними если цените свое время!

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
