Добрый день! Очень разачарована вашими услугами. 3 декабря была отправлена посылка с Германии, и до сих пор она не дощла до адресата. Посылка в пути уже 58 дней! Последние свединия о нахождении посылки были опубликованы 27 декабря. И больше никаких сведений нет при отслеживании. Мне просто хочется узнать куда она подевалась? Работа вашей почты желает быть лучше! Ответте, где мне ее искать? С уважением Виктория Клютко.

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB
