Хочется выразить благодарность работе почты России и почты Германии.Отправляла посылку сыну студенту в Германию. Изначально хотела отправить авиадоставкой. но в спешке забыла указать это оператору и автоматически отправилась наземным способом. В итоге посылка в Германии была уже на 16 -й день, но получил он её на 18 й день. Всё в целости и сохранности. В общем я довольна. Благодарю!

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB

The package was delivered to England fine, the problem was with DHL in UK. But got my package a day l8er... But I got it.
