Посылку не получили. Позвонили в отдел доставки на Главпочтамт г. Алматы. Там дали телефон таможенного склада, где, якобы, находится наша посылка. Никто не берет трубку. Что делать дальше? Как получить свою вещь? Мы возмущены работой почты. Делаем лишь скидку на карантин, но уже не уверены, что получим посылку.

The sender thought my packet got lost since i shouldn't wait that long, so they sent a new one, and when the new one was sent, i recieved an update on this package and now i will have 2 packets for one price because of too long shipping. Thanks!

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB

The package was delivered to England fine, the problem was with DHL in UK. But got my package a day l8er... But I got it.
