посылку отправила из Германии в Харьков 19.05.2020 для сына. По пути отслеживалась просто отлично. 25 мая посылку получила Львовская таможня. И написали . что посылку выдадут после уплаты таможенных сборов. При этом не выслали получателю смс чтобы оплатить таможенный налог. Искала посылку неделю не вставая из-за компьютера. Не известно было где она находится и кому и сколько платить денег. ВСё таки нашла. нужно звонить в фирму СП РОССАН и сообщать номер телефона получателя хотя я его указала в декларации . телефон 0674335070. Горячая линия 0674327707, 0504327707, 0934327707,. Потом только прислали СМС с реквизитами банка куда платить и сколько .После уплаты налога посылка благополучно приехала к получателю . Уплочено было 16.06.2020. Посылка пришла 21 июня. И так посылка с 25 мая по 15 июня простояла на митницi без движения пока я её разыскивала.

The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB

The package was delivered to England fine, the problem was with DHL in UK. But got my package a day l8er... But I got it.

Horrible horrible horrible , first the service is slow , package got stuck in rodgau for many days then when it arrived to export center it got RETURNED TO SENDER for no reason, simply DHL took my money and did not want to ship the item to my country. they told me there is battery and there is no battery but the device shipped does not work without cord and does not contain battery. they do not investigate items they just do whatever they want. they do not communicate with you or tell you anything . very slow, irresponsible and incompetent. shame for country like Germany to have this mediocre postal service. I WLL NEVER USE AGAIN. THIEVES.
