Посылку из Германии пришлось забирать со склада. быда задержана таможней т,к было превышение стоимости,Пришлось оплачивать разницу превышения. 15 процентов.Конечно мне это не понравилось т,к родственники платят за содержимое,за отправку а еще и здесь пришлось.считаю что это не справедливо.вес допустимый все оплачено как положено.детям присылают раз,два в год эту посылку ито приходится платить.Не многие знают о том что сейчас в казахстане можно оценить свою посылку тольео до 200 ойро.мои родные оценили в 300 т,е со 100 15 % пришлось уплатить таможне.А если бы они оценили в 500 пришлось бы с 300 доплачивать 15 %это грабеж.можно было обойтись и предупреждением на первый раз.Я не предприниматель и на продажу не заказываю себе товар.тоннами не везут мне его.Мало того посылка была порвана,в эту в дыру рука влазит .к счастью ничего не пропало.Почтой Казахстана я осталась не довольна.

Horrible horrible horrible , first the service is slow , package got stuck in rodgau for many days then when it arrived to export center it got RETURNED TO SENDER for no reason, simply DHL took my money and did not want to ship the item to my country. they told me there is battery and there is no battery but the device shipped does not work without cord and does not contain battery. they do not investigate items they just do whatever they want. they do not communicate with you or tell you anything . very slow, irresponsible and incompetent. shame for country like Germany to have this mediocre postal service. I WLL NEVER USE AGAIN. THIEVES.

Why is this package taking too long to be delivered I don't understand this is the only update since July 10 no update,The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization IPZ Frankfurt
