Претензий к Deutsche Post, как и к Укрпоште у меня нет, есть большие вопросы к нашей (украинской таможне). Посылка шла 1 день по Германии, 12 дней лежала на украинской таможне без всякого движения, 1 день проходила таможенное оформление и 1 день шла до получателя по Украине. Хотя нет, есть претензия к Укрпочте: когда получатель пришёл получать посылку в отделении (смт. Квасилів), он назвал свои ФИО и получил ответ, что на его имя посылки нет, вот так вот. По трекинг номеру посылку нашли - в информационной системе Укрпошты в качестве получателя значился другой человек (не тот, что был указан на этикетке почтового отправления). Теперь вопрос. А если бы отправление было без трекинг номера? На лицо хататность сотруднков Укрпошты.

There is no tracking information since 18 June. It is unbelievable !!! I have paid so much for DHL, and suddenly I come to know that it was send by Deutsche Post. Now nobody knows where the package is. Today is 1. of September, and there is still no sign of the package...

Dream delivery.... fast 4 days.... nicely wrapped with bubble foil....nothing damaged ( ordered a ceiling lamp)... and enough updates to follow the package from China to Germany to the Netherlands 10+👍

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!
