Посылка как выяснилось, была доставлена из Германии за 13 дней, после чего в полной тишине лежала в почтовом отделении почти полтора месяца. Ни бумажных извещений, ни извещений в приложение Почты России, за это время так и не поступило. Спустя 2 месяца с момента отправки, я обратился к отправителю, с просьбой помочь выяснить местонахождение посылки. На что отправитель сообщил мне трек номер, по которому обнаружилось, что посылка уже полтора месяца назад как прибыла и вот вот завершится ее срок хранения. Зайдя на следующий день на почту и спросив сотрудников - как так, посылка пришла полтора месяца назад, а за все это время ни единого уведомления?!, мне лишь разведя руки ответили - может почтальон в отпуске был... Вот так вот могут про... хранить вашу посылку, а потом отправить ее обратно. :(

There is no tracking information since 18 June. It is unbelievable !!! I have paid so much for DHL, and suddenly I come to know that it was send by Deutsche Post. Now nobody knows where the package is. Today is 1. of September, and there is still no sign of the package...

Dream delivery.... fast 4 days.... nicely wrapped with bubble foil....nothing damaged ( ordered a ceiling lamp)... and enough updates to follow the package from China to Germany to the Netherlands 10+👍

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!
