доброй ночи. 48 дней прошло. посылки нет. где она? казпочта уверяет, что посылка не поступила на территорию Казахстана. магазин в Германии уже отказывается что-либо пояснять. это мой первый опыт получения посылки из Германии и, надо сказать, очень печальный. Почта Германии, можете, пожалуйста, помочь найти мою посылку?

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
