Посылка была отправлена назад по неизвестным нам причинам Была в пути 43 дня,в Германию поступила 9 декабря и уже 4 января ушла назад в Россию... Почему?Кто может дать ответ на этот вопрос?Куда обращаться? На посылке стоял номер телефона получателя,неужели нет совсем никакой возможности позвонить ?Мы очень расстроены,в наше и так непростое время даже подарки от бабушки не дошли внукам на новый год Очень печально

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
