Посылка отправлена из Германии в Израиль 2го декабря, с 5го статус "Экспорт в страну назначения" не меняется" Подала в розыск в DHL по телефону сказали, что 13го декабря (вот это, кстати, нигде не отображено) ее погрузили в самолет и отправили в Израиль. Получатель пытался разыскать у себя: на почте Израиля нет информации, на таможне просто отмахнулись: ждите, придет. В конце концов DHL запросил реквизиты и сумму ущерба((( Расстроена, это был подарок на НГ.

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
