Посылка была отправлена уже 2 раза и так не дошла ,т к какие то проблемы с документацией и не хватает какого то документа на вопрос у сотрудника где взять этот документ нам сказали что на почте вместе с остальными документами... так же он сказал что очень много посылок отправили назад т к не хватает этого документа и не раз делали замечаете Почте России... у меня вопрос: почему я должна платить постоянно огромную сумму денег из-за то что на почте не знают свою работу? И как дальше решать этот вопрос?

The order was delivered 5 days to late and there were 3 items MISSING and 2 things opened !!!!!!! Замовлення було доставлено на 5 днів до запізнення, і 3 предмети пропустили, а 2 речі відкрились !!!!!!!

Whe have no Information what has happened! Leaving Germany-not arriving in Morocco. What can we do ? Expensive Clothes and technical Parts inside the packing. 55 days and nothing! Unbelievable

I thought the package would have been delivered sooner since it's in Europe. Anyway all good and in good conditions.
