The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB

This is unacceptable. How can I never get my package over 80 days that means almost 3 months ??? This is the worst shipment ever. I can't believe this would happen to me.

My intercom # 282 was not on the package and you took my package back to pick up point . Please redeliver or let me know where to get it ! Please
