The package was delivered but not to me in Canada ! It was delivered to some place in Germany !!! I have called and emailed over and over with no response, nothing . Crap .. extremely poor customer service. I would never recommend DHL to anyone . GB

Several attempts were made sending this package and each time it arrived in designated country it went missing/lost in transition? I am not impressed and I do not blame the Vendor. I could not believe the same thing kept happening and no resolve from DHL ?!? I tried ordering an item from the same area in the states (CA) and it was delivered perfectly on time by Hermes; I repeat I am not impressed when a delivery service are unable to resolve/investigate there own internal problems/issue...A delivery/post/dispatch service should have more flexibility and security when parcels are to be delivered.

My package still hasn't been delivered.. been sitting at Jackson MI for the last three weeks.. they are using this virus situation as a excuse not to deliver people's packages...

This is unacceptable. How can I never get my package over 80 days that means almost 3 months ??? This is the worst shipment ever. I can't believe this would happen to me.
