What this status means
DHL Parcel Netherlands has sorted your parcel and assigned it to a CityHub, a local depot in or near your town. From there the final delivery round is organised. The parcel has left the main sorting center and is now close to your address, at the last stage before delivery.
Is my package delayed?
No. This message by itself is normal and a good sign. It usually follows sorting at the sorting center. Only in rare cases is it followed by a postponement or a changed delivery date.
What happens next
- Most often, in about four out of five cases, the next message is "Delivery planned in the route of the courier". Your parcel is then loaded onto a courier's route.
- Sometimes the parcel is redirected to a DHL ServicePoint for pickup instead.
- Occasionally you will see "Arrived in your region" or a note that your delivery preference was applied.
What you can do
- Wait and keep checking your tracking history. Nothing is needed from you at this step.
- Make sure someone can receive the parcel, or check that your delivery preference, such as a neighbour or a safe place, is correct.
- If the status stays the same for longer than the previous steps, or a postponement appears, contact the seller first. Have your tracking number and order details ready.
- If the seller cannot help, contact DHL Parcel with the same details.
