What this status means
DHL Poland has scanned your parcel at one of its branch offices. The parcel is physically inside the DHL network in Poland, at a local branch or depot, and not yet out with a courier. It is a routine checkpoint in the middle or later part of the journey.
Is my package delayed?
This message by itself is normal and not an exception. It often appears more than once, because a parcel can pass through several branch offices. About two in five times, the next scan is the same message again. If the parcel stays at the same step for longer than the previous steps took, it may be held up, but this line alone does not indicate a problem.
What happens next
- Most often, another branch-office scan as the parcel moves along (about 40%).
- Processing in a sorting depot again (about 23%).
- Handed out to a courier for delivery (about 21%).
- Delivered to the recipient (about 7%).
What you can do
- Wait and check the tracking history again later. A repeated scan is normal.
- Make sure someone can receive the parcel at the delivery address once it is out for delivery.
- If the status does not change for longer than usual, contact DHL Poland with your tracking number.
- If DHL cannot help, contact the seller and have your order details ready.
